The foundation is a non-profit 501 © 3 South Carolina corporation which has the mission of servicing the Tri-County area. The Foundation lends support to the mandated programs of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated and specifically lists (1) education and public awareness; (2) leadership development among youth and young adults; and (3) strategy development regarding social concerns surrounding education and health initiatives as its primary objectives and purpose.
